Terms & Payments:
- A $100.00
deposit is required to book your appointment,
which is applied to your total booking
fee.
- Cash, Credit
Cards and Checks are accepted as payment for
your photo session. Your balance is due the day
of your photo session.
- All major
credit cards are accepted. If you plan to pay
via credit card, please pay in full prior to
your session date.
- You can
conveniently pay the deposit or session fee by
credit card securely online via Paypal by
clicking the blue and white PAYPAL button
below, or you can mail or hand deliver a cash
payment to the studio.
- Make checks
payable to
Michael Calas. If your
check is returned you will be responsible for
paying any fees from the bank.
- Retouching
must be pre-paid.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
I am
very flexible with rescheduling, but please be
reasonable. If you cancel and do not reschedule
you will lose your deposit.
Re-shoot Policy:
My goal as a
professional photographer is for you to be
excited, thrilled and happy with your photos. In
the unlikely event there is a technical problem,
I offer a free re-shoot . If your representation
had another vision or you didn't feel you were at
your optimal best, I can offer you a re-shoot at
a discounted rate. Please address all concerns
within 7 days of the photo session.
