Headshot & Portrait Rates:

• 1 Look/Wardrobe change - $275 (50+ images)
• 2 Looks/Wardrobe changes - $350 (100+ images)
• 3 Looks/Wardrobe changes - $425 (150+ images)
• 4 Looks/Wardrobe changes - $500 (200+ images)
• 5 Looks/Wardrobe changes - $575 (250+ images)

*each session includes 1 - 8x10 retouched image

Children Headshot Rate:

• 2 Looks/Wardrobe changes - $200 (12 years of age and younger)
• 50+ images.
• 1 - 8x10 retouched image.

Each Session Includes:

• 1 - 8x10 retouched image.
• Styling and wardrobe consultation.
• Post session suggestions to help you select your best photos.
• A private online gallery to preview and proof your images. This is an easy and effective way for agents, managers and friends to view your photo session.
• Online gallery will be available for 30 days.
• A CD with all high-resolution images. All images on the CD are color corrected and digitally optimized.

Make-Up:

• Women - $125 (with Hair $175).
• Men - $50 (with Hair $75).

A LA Carte Options:

• Printed proof sheets are available for $5 per page.
• Professional prints are available. Please inquire for price list.
• Additional retouched images start at $35.
• Have your images professionally converted to Black & White for $35.
• CD of your photo session resized for email is $20.
• Your CD can be mailed to you for $5.
• Additional CD's are $10.
• Your online gallery can be hosted an additional 30 days for $10.
• Replacement of CD's or photo session re-posted online are $25.
• Rush service - Same day images on CD - $75. Must be requested when booking.
• Gift Certificates available.

Digital Retouching:

• The cost of digital retouching is based on the tasks rather than by the hour and must be pre-paid.
• Basic retouching is $35 per image. This includes softening eye bags and wrinkles, removing major blemishes, smoothing the skin, whitening the eyes and teeth.
• Extensive retouching starts at $50 per image. This includes very deep wrinkles, large strands of hair, reshaping clothes or the body and other major adjustments.

Terms & Payments:

• A $100.00 deposit is required to book your appointment, which is applied to your total booking fee.
• Cash, Credit Cards and Checks are accepted as payment for your photo session. Your balance is due the day of your photo session.
• All major credit cards are accepted. If you plan to pay via credit card, please pay in full prior to your session date.
• You can conveniently pay the deposit or session fee by credit card securely online via Paypal or, you can mail or hand deliver a cash payment to the studio.
• Make checks payable to Michael Calas. If your check is returned you will be responsible for paying any fees from the bank.
• Retouching must be pre-paid.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

I am very flexible with rescheduling, but please be reasonable. If you cancel and do not reschedule you will lose your deposit.

Re-shoot Policy:

My goal as a professional photographer is for you to be excited, thrilled and happy with your photos. In the unlikely event there is a technical problem, I offer a free re-shoot . If your representation had another vision or you didn't feel you were at your optimal best, I can offer you a re-shoot at a discounted rate. Please address all concerns within 7 days of the photo session.
