Retouching

Michael's years of experience with computer graphics have made him an expert in digital retouching. Retouching to him is a very delicate art form, one that he truly enjoys and takes great pride in. Retouching his own photographs gives Michael the luxury to hand his clients a photograph that reflects the kind of image he intended it to be.

Acting headshots should be natural and so should their retouching. You should still look like your photograph when you walk into the room.

Once the client discusses their photographs with industry professionals or friends, contact the studio with the final choices. The digital retouching cost is based on the tasks rather than by the hour. Basic retouching is $35 per image and includes softening eye bags and wrinkles, removing major blemishes and adjusting color and contrast, smoothing your skin, whitening eyes and teeth or removing flyaway hairs. More custom jobs start at $50 and they include very deep wrinkles, large strands of hair and reshaping clothes or the body. Final images will be put on a CD that can be taken to the reproduction house of choice. Finally, send them out, get the audition and book the job!!!
